Spicy Italian - Ground pork sausage full of italian herbs and seasonings. Spiced with red chili flakes, this sausage adds a great kick to a pizza, a pasta dish, or is delicious on its own.

Hungarian Kolbasa - A very flavorful Hungarian style beef and pork sausage with a large amount of Hungarian smoked paprika, garlic, onion, and just a hint of cayenne.

Smoked Andouille - Spicy, coarse ground, pork sausage. Flavored with bell pepper, celery, onion, and a healthy amount of cayenne pepper for some heat.

Smoked Pork Sausage with Cheese - This highly spiced pork sausage contains 20% French Emmantaler cheese. The cheese adds a nutty creaminess that makes this sausage one of kind.

Irish Bangers - Pork sausage consisting of 20% fresh baked French rolls. This sausage is highly spiced with a typical Banger consistency from the addition of the French rolls.

Cheddarwust - Highly spiced smoked pork and beef sausage containing 20% Wisconsin Cheddar that has been aged for 48 months creating a very sharp flavor. Not your typical Cheddarwust. 

Wieners - German style wieners made of beef and pork. Stuffed in natural casing that gives this sausage the "snap" that is only found in high quality wieners.
